I first became interested in Reiki in 2005. The word Reiki means Universal Life Energy and that is the basis for this healing modality. Before I discovered Reiki had no idea that there were so many modalities that offered alternative methods to assist the body in healing! I am trained in Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition which means I use a time honored and proven combination of specific hand placements and symbols on or above the body to facilitate healing. My personal favorite is to combine Reiki with Massage for maximum benefit of physical and spiritual health.
I am a traditionally trained Reiki Master Teacher. I have been professionally practicing Reiki since 2012, when I opened my first Reiki business in Prescott, Arizona.
